Want to be on TV? I’m involved with Core Media Group (http://www.coremediagroup.com)—the company responsible for American Idol and others. They are putting a documentary style show on a major network channel about people who come into wealth overnight. It is not a “reality” show, but more of a documentary format.
They are working with me because, as you may know, I’m the nation’s leading expert on the financial and psychological issues of sudden wealth. They are looking for a couple of more sudden wealth recipients to possibly be on the show.
Normally I steer my clients away from media, but this could be an interesting opportunity for the right person. I think where it can make sense is if the person was starting a new company or restaurant and they wanted to get exposure for it. In that situation, this could be a good chance for them to showcase their new venture to the world.
If you or someone you know has recently or will in the next few months come into more than $1 million through an inheritance, divorce, lawsuit, stock options, business sale, or lottery, please let me know ASAP. They can live anywhere in the country.
